Cancellations

  • Once the course access, learning material, or workshop link has been shared, cancellations will not be permitted.
  • Cancellations are not allowed for digital content, downloadable material, or recorded sessions once accessed.

Refunds

If a learner is unable to attend a live workshop/session, the registration may be transferred to another available batch (subject to approval).

Refunds will be considered only in cases where:

  • The course/workshop is cancelled by GoAskNow Academy.
  • The learner is not provided access to the registered course/training due to technical issues at our end.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Course Quality Concerns

If you feel that the content delivered does not match the description on our website or brochures, please report the issue to our Support Team within the same day of access. After review, our team will decide on suitable action (batch transfer, credit, or partial refund).

General

  • Registrations for customised corporate training, one-on-one mentorship sessions, or discounted courses are non-refundable.
  • For any issues related to third-party certifications or tools bundled with the course, learners must contact the respective provider directly.
